Job description

The Director, PMO, Manufacturing Operations / Strategy & Transformation is responsible for establishing and leading ASD’s enterprise-wide Program Management Office (PMO) and transformation governance system. This role drives the execution of major strategic initiatives, new product introduction (NPI), and cross-functional transformation programs that improve cost, quality, delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations or President, the Director ensures portfolio alignment, resource optimization, milestone achievement, and measurable financial impact across the organization. This role serves as a central integrator for enterprise strategy deployment and transformation readiness.
