Purpose of the Role Trinity Square is a prominent mixed‑use destination in the heart of Gateshead, comprising retail, leisure, student accommodation, office accommodation, public space, and an on‑site energy centre. The Technical Services Manager will lead all M&E, compliance, and safety operations across the site including buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. The role will ensure the centre operates efficiently, safely, delivers best practice and in full compliance with statutory and contractual obligations. The role will also involve the design, delivery & implementation of site-specific improvement strategies in recognition of change management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Management · Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of all M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, BMS, lifts, life‑safety systems, and building fabric. · Manage the performance of the Energy Centre, ensuring reliable heating and cooling and distribution to connected tenants and student accommodation. · Lead planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, ensuring all assets are maintained to industry standards and downtime is minimised. · Diagnose a...
