Are you ready to love what you do? BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Patient Advocate Supervisor for our Assistive Care State Programs office located in Philadelphia, PA. POSITION SUMMARY: This position includes a unique opportunity to act as a non-clinical employee advocate supervisor (where applicable), a client advocate and community resource in the Assistive Care State Program practice. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary office team to effectively monitor assist in client and employee satisfaction, the quality and safety standards of our personal care services and assist with social determinant issues that impact our client’s health and welfare.
