In the role of Market Development Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of AI and Market Development in relation to multiple strategic objectives to drive growth in our Hearings business in France, and the wider European region. This role, based in France, combines business development and evangelism to increase market awareness, build trust with key audiences and drive commercial opportunities. What you'll be doing: Regional Strategy & Execution: - Assist Director of AI and Market Development in executing commercial strategies to meet and exceed our European revenue goals, contributing ideas to inform our GTM approach in France and the wider European region. . - Support the preparation of tailored fee proposals by the Hearings Commercial Operations team, and play a hands-on, contributory role in opportunity discussions to win work with a thorough understanding of our offering and processes. - Monitor KPIs and support the Director of AI and Market Development with reporting. - Collaborate with the wider Revenue team to align activity with global goals and business development initiatives. - Support the Head of Client Success in relation to regional activiti...
