JOB DESCRIPTION: The Facilities Technician performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and related systems. This is an entry-level position that works under the guidance of more experienced technicians and supervisors, providing opportunities to develop skills in various building trades. This position is for a Summer Student vacancy Start Date: June 29, 2026: End Date: August 28, 2026: Responsibilities: Assist with the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, under supervision. Maintain grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and trash removal. Perform basic repairs to building structures, such as walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and windows. Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
