Position Summary Technicut Tool (TCT) is seeking a CMM Programmer/Operator for our Windsor, Ontario location . If you are looking for an organization and career that will match your strong work ethic and passion for success, Technicut Tool is a great place to start! *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm with overtime available on some Saturday's according to business demand* Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Operates CMM machine and maintains CMM work instructions for the set-up and inspection of parts. - Performs all programming of the CMM Machine. - Drives process improvement by providing insight on programming changes and product calibration. - Analyzes and interprets blueprints, models, evaluation sheets, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustments, and certification methods. - Collects and analyzes inspection data and makes computations as necessary to determine inspection results and performs first article inspections. - Communicates information to all team members; Inspection results, part status, updates, and specific instructions, and participates in PFMEA activities. -...
