Client Service Rep, Wlth Mgmt – Money Movement Key Responsibilities: - Execute trust and banking money movement requests accurately and efficiently, including but not limited to wires, ACHs, transfers, protected profiles, recurring instructions, check issuing, deposit requests, and related account activities - Review all requests thoroughly and process work in compliance with Wealth Management Authentication and Verification Requirements and NCSS best practices - Meet published service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining strong attention to detail and minimal processing errors - Communicate clearly, professio...
