Hertz operates one of the largest and most complex vehicle fleets in the world. The Senior Director, Fleet Product Management will define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for all fleet-related products and platforms across the enterprise. This leader will own the end-to-end digital and operational ecosystem that powers fleet acquisition, utilization, maintenance, disposition, telematics, and lifecycle optimization. The role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, technical depth, operational excellence, and executive influence. You will lead a high-performing team of product leaders and work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, data science, finance, and executive leadership to transform Hertz’s fleet into a data-driven, intelligent, and highly optimized asset. We expect the starting salary to be around $215,000 .
