Job Description Product De sign Intern Start date : August/September 202 6 Duration : 6 months: Allowance : 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses Platform/Project : Formulation and ingredient functionality in Emulsions Location : Nijmegen: You will do an internship in the R&D center within the Product Development Technology Team working on emulsion-based products. Assignments and key activities: You will do an internship in the R&D department within the Product Design Team working on emulsified products . During your internship you will be occupied with, among other things: Literature research for further ingredient understanding and related functionality; Prepare lab and pilot plant samples for Physico -chemical and sensorial analysis; Perform analytical and sensorial tests, analyze the data and reporting results; Support the product developers/process technologists with lab & pilot trials ; Understand fundamentals of food sensorial evaluation.
