Compensation Range $28.84 - $39.95 Job Description Summary: The Project Accountant performs various accounting functions related to maintenance/processing of accounting transactions and to ensure accurate accounting and reporting for construction projects. Job Description: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Ability to perform all duties of the Junior Project Accountant position. - Assist PM with initiation of monthly draw in Textura and follow up with subcontractors to enter billings. - Working knowledge of how to prepare AIA billings and assemble billing with supporting documentation. - Reconcile credits for wrap-up insurance programs; OCIP, PLP, PSI, etc. - Prepare/submit credit applications for opening new vendor accounts. - Understand and review owner contract for accounting related tasks & responsibilities. - Monitor the preparation and mailing of preliminary notices. - Support other team members as requested. - Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
