The Supportive Housing Team Leader is responsible and accountable for supervising and providing assistance to Tenant Companions; as well as the day to day operations of Rosewood. The Team Leader provides direction, instructions and guidance to employees at Rosewood and The Waverley. The Team Leader has the ability to be team effective by providing assistance when needed to get the job done and the ability to flex and adapt to situations as they arise.
