Req ID 85339 | Lapeer, United States ZF Chassis Components, LLC Job Description: About the Team: The Plant Quality Engineer in Lapeer, MI is part of a collaborative, four-person quality team focused on ensuring products, processes, and systems consistently meet ZF quality standards and customer expectations. This role partners closely with operations to drive quality across suspension component manufacturing, including control arm machining and assembly, ball pin machining, and ball joint assembly. While team members specialize in warranty, supplier quality, and supplier development, this position plays a key role in plant-level quality execution—supporting continuous improvement, problem-solving, and robust process controls to deliver safe, reliable products to our customers.
