We’re looking for a hands-on leader to guide a team of Additional Service Technicians providing specialty pest solutions like termite control, mosquito treatments, wildlife removal, and insulation services. Our ASM will provide training, ensure quality, and keep our customers’ homes and businesses pest-free. Responsibilities: Interview, hire, onboard, and develop Additional Service Technicians through structured field training, ongoing coaching, and performance management. Lead quality control and safety efforts by conducting ride-alongs, auditing service tickets, inspecting trucks and equipment, and ensuring compliance with company standards and state and local regulations.
