About the Role: The role of Ward Clerk – Acute Ward and Urgent Care Centre (UCC) provides the first point of contact at the ward and UCC for patients and visitors attending Yarrawonga Health. The Ward Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of patient records and data, supporting the coordination of patient flow and administrative processes across the health service. The Ward Clerk is to provide a high standard of reception and administrative support to the multidisciplinary staff of the health service. The position involves liaising with all Yarrawonga Health nursing, medical and ancillary staff, immediate supervisors, and other management roles as required.
