Overview: Job Description Summary: Supports healthcare and behavioral health projects by managing day to day operational tasks, documentation, scheduling, and communication. Ensures smooth execution of project activities, maintains accurate project records, and supports clinicians and operational teams with logistics, workflow documentation, and training prep. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Schedules project meetings, prepares agendas, takes minutes, documents decisions, and tracks action items. Maintains project trackers, documentation libraries, and plays a key role in ensuring accurate timelines, organization, and efficiency. - Assists with mapping clinical workflows. Support pilots, go lives, and training sessions for new workflows, processes, or EHR enhancements. Coordinates clinical readiness activities such as training sign ins, resource distribution, and communications. - Maintains updated project documents including SOPs, clinical workflows, training materials, and policy updates.
