Company Description Job Description: The Benefits Specialist provides assistance and support for the day-to-day functions in benefits administration, projects, and processes. Position reports to the Director, Global Benefits and works closely with other members of the Benefits team. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. What Will You Be Doing?: What Do You Need To Bring? - Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including but not limited to medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and leave of absence - Assist associates with enrollment, eligibility, and general inquiries through the Benefits Hotline and email account - Assist associates with general HR inquiries coming into the HR Inbox - Manage short-term disability and FMLA leaves of absence in the US, interacting with third-party administrator, internal partners (Payroll, HRBPs) - Meet one-on-one with associates regarding upcoming leave of absence - Support medical TPA eligibility file discrepancies (weekly) - Assist with benefits survey data compilation - Assist with voluntary Global Home Office exit communication and processing - Support the administration of Open Enrollment...
