Overview To provide year-round activities for families in the Boston area and beyond. We offer winter ice skating, a spray pool in the summer, a seasonal carousel from April to October, and free summer yoga. Our goal is to mentor youth through training, customer service, and park operations. For many of the youth, this is their first job, making it a valuable and rewarding experience. Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Ideal Candidate for this Job - Monitor Water Safety: Ensure swimmers are following all safety guidelines, watch for any potential hazards, and take immediate action in case of an emergency. Perform regular checks of water quality and safety equipment to ensure they meet standards. - Facility Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas for cleanliness and proper functioning. Ensure that poolside and locker rooms are kept clean and safe for all visitors. Maintain restocking of necessary supplies, including towels, first aid kits, and cleaning products. - Customer Service: Greet and assist swimmers, answer questions, address concerns, and provide information about pool policies, activities, or special events.
