Specialist GPS Product Supply Operations (Temporary)

Job description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Execute integrated purchasing, global supply planning and PO management activities. Ensure performance achieves availability target OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation) and respects market SLAs (Service level Agreements). Work across functions to solve planning and purchasing related issues, identify risks and opportunities and mitigate potential delays. Key Responsibilities: - Execute business control processes for relevant areas; translate risks and opportunities into actions following business principles - Monitor PO milestones (e.g., production readiness, ex-factory, shipment) and proactively identify delays, shortages, or ship mode changes. - Drive recovery actions for late or at-risk POs: expedite, partial ship, pull-forward, split shipment, or alternate routing/ship mode, aligned with business priorities. - Manage delivery performance root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional stakeholders; track actions to closure - Provide clear delivery visibility to stakeholders through weekly operational reporting, escalations, and decision-ready summaries - Maintain governance on prioritie...
