Quality Systems Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring for a Career (Level 3) or Expert (Level 4) Quality Systems Specialists to join the BCA Quality Core Team to support the Compliance and Process Team in Everett, WA . As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us strengthen our Quality Management System across BCA. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic and creative thinking skills, utilizing data and analytics to make well-informed decisions. Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams and the ability to build partnerships with senior leaders is essential. A solid background in program and project management, along with a comprehensive understanding of LEAN principles and root cause corrective action, is required. Key responsibilities will include monitoring progress and implementing necessary adjustments.
