Receive and sort incoming mail and packages for distribution across the Corporate Campus. Comply with internal policies when processing PO Box mail and processing paperwork for international samples. Apply postage to outgoing mail and packages for most cost-effective delivery. Prepare outgoing totes for shipment to stores, manufacturing and DF locations. Position is onsite 5 days per week during 1st shift hours (typically 7am-3:30pm). What You'll be Doing: - Performs daily mail pickups from the US Post Office. Sorts incoming USPS and intra-company mail. Delivers mail to workrooms on a weekly basis. Research unidentified recipients and misdirected mail. - Scans in mail and packages received...
