Position Purpose: The CVO Database Analyst shall be accountable for day-to-day maintenance, support, training, and optimization of the CVO credentialing database. This role serves as the functional and technical subject matter expert for credentialing data, system configuration, reporting, and performance optimization, ensuring the system supports organizational compliance, operational efficiency, and accurate provider credentialing workflows. Handles, with discretion, issues that are significant, complex, multidisciplinary, sensitive, and confidential. Exemplifies a culture of excellence, effective communication and collaboration, and customer service with CVO leadership and staff, internal and external customers, providers, and clinical and administrative leaders.
