The Business Analyst – Strategy plays a pivotal role in driving OneRail’s strategic initiatives. This multifaceted position encompasses project management, research, and data analysis to support the overall vision of OneRail’s strategic plans. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Executive leadership, Product, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and progress across the organization. Responsibilities: Project Management: - Lead the rollout and adoption of OneRail’s OKR and management tracking platform, facilitating bi-weekly meetings with senior leadership to ensure effective utilization and get updates on “at risk” initiatives - Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including task assignments, resource allocation, milestones, review points, and reporting requirements. - Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timely delivery. - Facilitate effective communication between departments to drive project success. - Work with commercial and product stakeholders to help ensure OneRail’s strategic partnerships are tracking towards yearly projec...
