Amazon has an immediate opening for a Financial Transformation Manager to join our Lease Accounting Finance and Business Integration team. This position supports and directly influences the launches of Amazon’s global process transformation and business initiatives in the Worldwide Leasing space. This leader will work closely with the global Accounting Operations, Finance, Tax, Lease Administration, Business and Financial Systems teams driving lease transactions and will represent Accounting to various stakeholders. In this role, the candidate will be part of a team that collaborates with business, finance and technical teams to deliver world class solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible. This person will have operated successfully in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment, have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements and prioritize.
