Senior Business Analyst, Liquidity, Market, and Capital Risk Oversight The Liquidity, Market, and Capital Risk Oversight (LMCRO) team is seeking a motivated candidate for a Senior Associate position. LMCRO is a second line of defense Independent Risk Management (IRM) function responsible for oversight of the company’s measurement and management of risks across the crisis continuum, including liquidity risk, market risk-taking and management, capital measurement and management, and recovery and resolution planning. This includes regulatory stress testing (e.g., CCAR, ILST and other resilience analysis), regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel), overall liquidity, market, and capital risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance. The second line of defense is both an expert advisor of the first line and an effective challenger of first line risk activities. The successful candidate will have a good blend of analytical capabilities, communications skills, and intellectual curiosity.
