Job description

Trainers under direction by the local and regional Safety management, conducts and monitors location safety and training functions, conducts and monitors Classroom and BTW training, and ensures compliance with all company, State and Federal regulatory requirements. Location: 268 Kattleville Road Binghamton NY 13901 Hours: Full Time: Duties/Responsibilities: - Conduct driver instruction and training, re-training and re-certifications. - Responsible for reporting to the Instructor Coordinator scheduled classroom training. - Responsible for reporting their training activities to the Safety and Training Supervisor as well as the Director of Safety and Training. - Driver Trainers must attend all update meetings, and any other meeting designed to promote STA and/or keep their credentials current. - Follow company policies regarding pupil/client management and relations with parents, teachers, guardians, medical practitioners, medical facilities, and the public in general. - Reports to the Terminal Manager for daily duties. - Work directly with the Safety and Training Supervisor to ensure that all drivers’ licensing and training is current. - Assist the Safety and Training Supervisor with...
