POSITION SUMMARY: DuBois Chemicals is seeking a full-time Technical Specialist to assist the sales team in a territory with excellent upside growth potential. Responsible for assisting sales and service teams to retain customer accounts and generate new business. Includes additional responsibilities to communicate customer needs and requirements to all functional areas of the company to ensure that efforts are coordinated resulting in rapid new and organic sales growth. Demonstrate the company’s core competencies of communication, customer focus, innovation, integrity & ethics, lean & safety, and passion to succeed.
