Job description

- Provide exceptional care while designing/performing customized massage treatments that address each guest’s individual needs - Maintain proficiency in all types of body massages offered; keep up-to-date on techniques and certifications - Ability to communicate and describe in an articulate manner the salon/spa offerings and their benefits, including pricing - Recommend and up-sell services and products that meet the clients’ needs - Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members - Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests’ needs in a professional manner - Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and ready for each client prior to their arrival, and for proper sanitation and restocking after each use according to departmental policy - Maintain clean, organized work area with adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products - When not with clients, responsible for assisting with laundry, front desk, and other duties as assigned $13.00 PER HOUR: Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accomm...
