About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker to support an NDIS participant in Blackheath. You'll bring your experience and knowledge in Acquired Brain Injuries, supporting Monday to Friday with shifts between 9am to 1pm. In this role, you’ll need to be assertive and calm under pressure, while also being encouraging and understanding. A strong listener who is able to prompt and promote independence and engagement, you’ll be a key part of helping them live an independent and fulfilling life. No two days are the same!
