Commercial Paralegal

Job description

- Support attorneys in the review, drafting, and management of commercial agreements and related documentation, including NDAs, marketing agreements, promotions, sponsorships, vendor agreements, and supply chain-related contracts - Coordinate and support high-volume advertising and marketing legal review processes, ensuring requests are complete and aligned with legal guidance prior to attorney review - Assist in reviewing marketing materials against established legal guidelines and escalate potential risks or deviations to attorneys - Track campaign approvals and maintain records of legal guidance to support consistency across marketing initiatives - Support sales-related contracting processes, including NDAs, customer agreements, and promotional arrangements, and assist in tracking status and follow-ups to ensure timely execution - Provide support on supply chain and vendor agreements, including coordination of documentation and contract execution - Assist in development, maintenance and adoption of SOPs, playbooks, training materials, tools, and process documentation - Maintain intake trackers to manage legal requests, workload visibility, and follow-up with business teams and a...
