Job Summary: The Lead Service Advisor works under the director of the Service Advisor Manager and is responsible for overseeing the coordination and monitoring of technician training at designated facilities. This positions plays a crucial role in examining and evaluating records, systems, and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency. Essential Job Functions: Oversees the coordination of technician training including portal set up, assignment of training, and monitoring completion Monitors technician direct and indirect labor hours, performance in the shops, and other analytics and develops key performance indicators Audit timesheets from WDT technicians and embedded external technicians to ensure proper logging of information to include component codes and unit information Monitor technicians and shops for efficiency in expenses and repairs Verify proper use of incident component codes Maintain a system for pictures before and after repairs and invoices Track trailers units for theft and collaborate with terminal managers, shop management, and outside vendors to reduce theft Assist in training of systems and software Track year over year maintenance in major categor...
