Key Responsibilities: - Conduct advanced ECT Inspections: Execute high-frequency Eddy Current Inspections on non-ferrous and ferrous materials, interpreting complex signal patterns to identify surface and near-surface discontinuities. - Specialized Component Testing: Perform NDE on critical infrastructure including weld scanning (surface ECT), heat exchanger tubes, and conductive coatings for corrosion or fatigue cracking. - Data Interpretation & Reporting: Analyze impedance plane data and phase angles to distinguish between relevant flaws and non-relevant indications (life lift-off or edge effects). - Equipment Calibration: perform daily calibration on the Eddy Current Inspection equipment - Generate NDE and inspection reports according to the Eddy Current Inspection method - Maintain a safe work environment by strictly following safety standards, regulations, and best practices. - Perform assigned duties in line with MISTRAS’ core values and procedures....
