The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety, security, and asset protection at the Marriott Resort in Key Largo. This role ensures the safety of guests, employees, and property by implementing and managing effective loss prevention strategies, emergency procedures, and compliance with local and federal regulations. Will require working weekends and holidays. Key Responsibilities: Security Operations: - Conduct regular patrols of the property (interior and exterior). - Monitor CCTV systems, alarmed doors, and duress alarms. - Ensure proper key control procedures are followed. - Investigate and document incidents involving guests or employees. Safety & Compliance: - Administer fire prevention and emergency preparedness programs. - Conduct quarterly OSHA/safety audits and hazard assessments. - Maintain logs, certifications, and documents required by law and SOPs. - Lead the Accident Prevention Committee and first aid programs.
