Job description

Overview The Project Manager is a role within the Product Organization that works across departments, Centers of Excellence/functional areas and Business Units to successfully manage the launch of new and enhanced products or other projects as needed. The role is responsible for managing the project, process and success and overseeing the product design, development, distribution training and market launch, implementation and operational readiness. In this role you will partner with a cross functional team, including Marketing, Go-to-Market Effectiveness, Product, R&D, Operations, Implementations, Finance and other organizations to plan, organize and execute project plans for product launches. The Project Manager will track all milestones and operational readiness from initial Product Steering Committee approval to General Availability, as well as post launch performance tracking. S/he will be the point of contact for the day to day activities facilitating weekly product launch status meetings with internal teams and additional deep dives into functional areas as needed.
