House Mentor 2600027V Description The House Mentor will participate as a member of the Hampshire County Sheriff’s administrative team in the management of the Rocky Hill Re-Entry Collaborative housing facility. The appropriate candidate will provide direction and guidance on community living in a harm reduction-based environment. This is a civilian position in support of an effort to re-integrate parolees in a safe housing facility with wrap around community services. The collaborative project is a joint effort between the Hampshire Sheriff’s Office, The Office of Public Safety and The Massachusetts Parole Board to establish transitional, sober housing in a non-security setting. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: The House Mentor works under the direct supervision of the Bridge Senior Case Manager and the Captain overseeing the building who will review work for compliance with policy and assign special tasks as required. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: The House Mentor may provide direction during coordination efforts to treatment and re-entry staff.
