Description Full-Time | Nashua, NH: Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of agency facilities and grounds . This role performs a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that buildings, equipment, and systems are operating efficiently. The Maintenance Technician works closely with the Facilities team and contributes to a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for staff and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventative maintenance tasks across agency locations. - Troubleshoot and repair building systems including plumbing, HVAC, roofs, drains, and general equipment. - Complete carpentry, painting, drywall repair, furniture assembly, and basic locksmith services. - Carry out landscaping and snow removal duties as needed. - Perform routine and specialized janitorial tasks to maintain facility cleanliness. - Use the electronic work order system to manage tasks and document completed work. - Assist with preventative maintenance schedules for facility systems. - Support interoffice mail delivery and coordination of packages between location...
