At work, your Primary Responsibilities will include: - Ensuring member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. - Providing general information to members about our Credit Union Services. - Referring members to products and services that will assist them in achieving financial success. - Learning a variety of channels and systems to perform member transactions. - Utilizing resources to resolve member concerns on the first contact. - Informing your manager of member needs regarding our products and services. - Demonstrating our core values of Honesty and Integrity, Respect and Dignity, Growth and Performance, and Improvement and Accountability in your behavior at work.
