Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm: Responsibilities: - Oversee production operations at the direction of management. - Field email correspondence and assist with distribution of supplies for remote workforce. - Create, maintain and communicate SOP (standards of procedure) documentation and training of team members when new procedures are implemented. - Maintain inventory levels and order weekly production and office supplies. - Receive and unload supplies from inbound trucks and organize inventory. - Guide mailroom courier drivers to pick up and deliver routes to post office and local branches. - Bring supplies from warehouse to floor to accommodate daily production. - Document production volume data for daily, weekly and monthly spreadsheet reporting. - Work with management and department leaders to adjust staffing as needed to accommodate production deadlines. - Orga...
