Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday + Overtime/Weekends 2nd Shift: 2:00PM to 10:30PM 3rd Shift: 10:00PM to 6:30AM Job Summary: Correctly scale/weigh the proper ingredients for the specified dough mixture that is scheduled for the shift or shifts. Maintain clean work area. Job Duties and Responsibilities: This position will require the incumbent to check schedule to determine the ingredients and the amounts needed to be scaled. Prepare scales for the weighting process. Select specified ingredients for dough mixture. Accurately weigh each ingredient for dough mixture. Sift lumpy ingredients per specified formulas and instructions. Place ingredients in designated bags. Record shift, ingredients, initials on bag. Record all lot numbers on bags.
