SUMMARY: Responsible for managing and monitoring daily workflow of assigned residential loan files. The Underwriting Manager is to make sound decisions within the risk parameters, investor guidelines and WesBanco Credit Policy. Work closely with EVP and SR. Retail Credit officer reviewing the Underwriting team’s loan productivity, quality loan review, loan product exceptions and other management functions. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: FHA Delegated Underwriter VA Automatic Underwriter: VA Staff Appraisal Reviewer: Able to obtain approval from Secondary Market Investors as Delegated Underwriter. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
