Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking an EHS Specialist to join our Operations Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team. This critical role ensures that environmental safety and industrial health programs are consistently implemented and maintained at the assigned site, promoting regulatory compliance and a safe, responsible work environment aligned with MAPEI’s environmental, safety, and health policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with audits, inspections, and timely submission of regulatory reports. - Respond to and support site emergencies. - Conduct incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. - Deliver EHS training (classroom and online) to support safety and compliance. - Enforce safety rules, work procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Report EHS issues and improvement opportunities to the EHS Manager. - Support communication with environmental and safety regulatory agencies.
