Introduction At our global headquarters in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, we welcome students of all backgrounds to apply for our internships and graduation assignments. Worldwide, we h ave around 600 interns learning and contributing at ASML every year . In Veldhoven, our Neurodivergent Interns Program provides the support that students with a form of neurodiversity (such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and giftedness) need to succeed . If your internship application is successful, you’ll be matched with a mentor in your team who knows how to help bring out the best in a person with a neurodivergent brain . Mentors are aware of the strengths and weaknesses associated with different forms of neurodivergence and are motivated to see you grow professionally and personally and contribut e to solving a particular challenge that the team faces.
