Quality Assurance Engineer

Job description

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer for our Quality group in Mount Olive, NJ who will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities test procedures, routers, travelers, BOMs, process flows, and process FMEAs action - Developing, evaluating, revising, and applying technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products - Ensuring activities and items are following both company quality assurance standards, ISO regulations, and applicable government regulations - Performing analysis and identifying trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary - Ensuring that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed - Providing Quality Systems support (Supplier Quality, Calibration, CAPA, Change Control, and Quality Records) - Develop and maintain process documentation including assembly procedures, - Qualify and optimize processes and tooling via IQ/OQ/PQ, Gage R&R Studies, Process Capability Studies and Designs of Experiments - Participate in the investiga...
