About the Role You will oversee the successful delivery of wind energy projects from planning through to execution and completion. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will play a key role in managing project performance, commercial outcomes, and operational coordination while maintaining Aurora ARC Wind’s strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: estimation, and technical proposals for new project opportunities. - Lead the delivery of wind energy projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are achieved. - Develop and manage project plans including scope, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control. - Provide leadership and direction to project teams including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to support effective project execution. - Oversee procurement, contract administration, and project reporting requirements. - Monitor project performance, identify risks, and impleme...
