Job Description: Are you an aspiring management consultant eager to work on the energy transition and help companies accelerate the shift from fossil to renewable energy, electrify operations, and build new low-carbon value chains? We are growing our Energy & Climate team at Implement Consulting Group and are looking for bright, passionate students to join us from pre-summer or autumn 2026. What you will do: As a Junior Consultant in energy transition, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects across the energy system and explore how markets, technology, and regulation are reshaping power, heat, and fuels. The role will be tailored to your skills and interests, but you should be excited about deepening your knowledge of energy markets, technologies, and commercial strategy, and curious about how digital tools and analytics can accelerate decision-making. You will learn to apply robust methods and tools (e.g., power market fundamentals, LCOE/LCOS, business case and portfolio models, regulatory analysis, and scenario modelling) as part of real client work.
