Nurse Practitioner (Locum) - Withdrawal Management Nurse Practitioner Relief, Casual Schedule St. Thomas (Elgin Zone) This posting is the result of a current vacancy. The Nurse Practitioner (Locum) works with addiction counsellors, nurses, primary care providers and other community health service providers in offering addiction medical support for individual clients living with mental illness and addiction through a harm-reduction lens.
