Amca is building airplanes for the 21st century, starting by designing new hardware that flies on today’s planes. Aviation was once humanity’s boldest ambition, but the industry hasn’t successfully built a new plane in 40 years. We don’t think it has to be this way. Overview: We are looking for the first member of our recruiting team. Our first full cycle technical recruiter will own our engineering roles from introduction through close, supporting candidates at every stage of the process. This is a ground floor opportunity to shape every part of our recruiting process from end to end. Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage top technical talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative outreach strategies Intake & Hiring Strategy: Partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leadership to define role requirements, develop scorecards, align on candidate profiles, and build tailored search strategies for each open position.
