About the Role: We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Sterilisation Nurse to join our Balwyn team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to begin a career in dental assisting or healthcare support. No prior sterilisation experience is required — we will provide full training on site! Your role will include: - Learning and assisting with the sterilisation and preparation of dental instruments - Cleaning, disinfecting, packaging, and organising instruments and equipment - Supporting the clinical team by preparing trays and treatment rooms - Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the sterilisation area - Assisting with infection control processes and clinic compliance procedures - Ensuring equipment and supplies are stocked and ready...
