Job Description: Logistic Lead Onsite - Fremont, CA or Nashville, TN Overview: The Logistics Supervisor will be based in Fremont, CA or Nashville, TN. In this position, you will report to the US Logistic Director. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end coordination of project-level deliveries across the U.S., ensuring materials reach job sites on time and in full. You will work closely with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage routing strategies, resolve logistical challenges, and maintain customer satisfaction. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are key, as this position serves as a central link between operations and our customer-facing teams. Key Responsibilities: Support Nextracker Delivery Managers and Project Managers to ensure OTD (On Time Delivery) and customer satisfaction. As such, for all projects under your responsibility, you will be responsible for implementing the optimal transportation modes and routing strategy to meet OTD and costs, ensuring that processes and procedures run smoothly.
