What You Will Be Doing: Join our team as a Field Sales Partner and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer engagement. In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate closely with 6–7 Field Sales Representatives to uncover incremental sales opportunities across their account bases. You’ll manage inbound customer inquiries, support order placement, and provide expert guidance on products and pricing. By leveraging tools like the Acushnet Pro Shop and CRM systems, you’ll help create virtual pro shop experiences, analyze sales data, and identify new revenue streams. This role also includes mentoring, training and developing new team members and contributing to annual sales goals through proactive outbound calling and strategic territory planning.
