The Opportunity As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of Otter’s user acquisition engine—owning and scaling paid social channels while building a modern, AI-powered growth system. You’ll report to the Head of Growth Acquisition and combine performance marketing, creative intuition, and data-driven thinking to unlock scalable growth. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, thinks in experiments, and is excited to leverage AI to improve marketing workflows and outcomes. Your Impact: - Own Paid Social: Lead strategy, execution, and scaling across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels. Manage campaigns end-to-end and drive performance against CPA, LTV/CAC, and ROAS targets. - Drive Creative-Led Growth: Rapidly test and iterate on UGC, video, and static ads. Partner cross-functionally to turn performance insights into high-performing assets while staying within brand guidelines. - Build AI-Native Workflows: Leverage AI across creative, testing, and analysis to move faster, automate workflows, and scale what works.
